This article is a little wonky. However it is a good read on why Tort Reform is a bad idea - with evidence and citations! Please remember to vote yes on Propositions 45 and 46 next week! #Prop46 #YesOn46 #YesOn45 #MICRA #TortReform

No matter where you live, you should find these results to be extremely troubling. These days, we must all be concerned about unsafe hospital care and understand, as a nation, that "tort reform" laws are making things worse for everyone....

“Saddest of all, MICRA has revealed itself to have an arbitrary and cruel effect upon the victims of malpractice. It has not lowered health care costs, only enriched insurers and placed negligent or incompetent physicians outside the reach of judicial accountability. For these reasons, MICRA cannot and should not be a model for national legislation.” - Jerry Brown 1993 #YesOn46

  • Our Firm

My firm is a small boutique law firm that offers personalized service to all prospective clients. Because I focus exclusively on personal injury cases, I am extremely familiar with California law concerning personal injury and medical malpractice cases.  In addition to being involved in various bar organization, I was also nominated a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.  Prior to opening my own law firm, I worked for one of the largest personal injury and workers’ compensation law firms in California.  I have been practicing Law since 2000.  I am well known and respected by judges and attorneys alike in the Los Angeles Area.  As such I have the experience needed to assist you in resolving your disputes in court.

I have helped individuals recover tens of millions of dollars to compensate them for their losses, including losses for personal injuries, lost wages and loss of future wages, loss of past and future medical expenses. I also have experience handling claims for wrongful termination, sexual harassment and business litigation, including breach of contract and fraud.

When you or a loved one is injured in a car accident, slip and fall or are the victim of medical malpractice it is imperative to find an attorney with experience to handle your law suit.

I am also a Rotarian in the Westchester Rotary Club.  I believe that Rotary’s motto of service above self is a part of my practice of law – helping injured victims receive the justice they deserve through legal process.
